For our team to process your price match request, we need the competitor's name, the product, which must be like-for-like and a link to where you have seen the product cheaper. The item must be brand new and must include VAT and any added charges, such as delivery. This information should be sent to our sales team via email. Please note all price matches must be sent before purchase.
What is the best way to complete a price match request?
There are three ways to contact us to complete a price match request. You can call our team directly at 01928 242829, contact them via live chat or send the information via email including the product name, retailer web page and price to match.
How quickly will price match information be checked?
Usually, a price match request can be completed on the same day between the hours of 9am – 5pm.
Do you price match after an order has been placed?
We do not price match after an order has been placed due to differing sale periods.
