At Land of Beds we have a wide range of Sealy mattresses on offer. Sealy believes in making sleep simple. Their mattresses feature three collections: essentials level (good), performance level (better), and premium level (best).
If you prefer a firmer tension feel and targeted pressure relief, the Sealy traditional spring range, known as open spring or Bonnell mattresses,is an excellent option. Ideal for back sleepers, the rigid coiled system creates a firm feel.
For co-sleepers, a pocket spring mattress is recommended. Each spring reacts independently, eliminating 'rolling together' and providing consistent support for your entire body. Ideal for front and back sleepers, you'll wake up energised and refreshed.
The Sealy Ortho collection ensures even weight distribution, prevents pressure points in the neck, back, and hips, and offers the comfort and support your body needs.
Developed in consultation with orthopaedic surgeons, biomechanical engineers, and medical scientists, Sealy Posturepedic mattresses offer a unique support system from head to toe. The AlignSupportTM spring system adjusts to your weight, delivering tailored support regardless of your shape, size, or sleeping position. This mattress type is perfect for those seeking extra care and support for their back, with added foam support for the lower back curve and pressure relief for the hips. The advanced technology ensures deeper sleep, while the twice-tempered coil provides long-lasting performance.
The top-of-the-line Sealy Posturepedic mattresses are available in Elevate and Elevate Ultra, differing in depth and foam construction.

Will I need to turn a Sealy mattress?
Most Sealy mattresses are now non-turning, single-sided, so they only require rotating from end to end. We suggest doing this at least twice a month during the first year of use and then once a month thereafter. By following this maintenance routine, you can minimise natural settlement and ensure optimal comfort. To prevent damaging your mattress when rotating it 180º, we recommend having two people to move it. To prevent unknowingly damaging the inside of your mattress, you should not bend your mattress beyond 15º. For double-sided mattresses, in addition to rotation, we also recommend turning them over. Rotate and turn your double-sided mattress at least twice a month during the first year of use and then once a month thereafter. This practise will help minimise natural settlement and maximise the comfort life of your mattress.
How do I care for my new investment?
Protect your mattress from spillages and unwanted bed visitors (allergens, shedded skin and bed bugs) by using a mattress protector. Rotate your mattress every three months to ensure even weight distribution. Ensure your mattress is placed on a supportive base to ensure longevity.
How long will my Sealy mattress last?
In addition to the five-year product guarantee, if looked after, your purchase could last for at least ten years.
Do their mattresses smell?
When your Sealy mattress arrives, like all new products, you might notice a slight scent, but this should disappear within a day or two. Positioning your mattress in a well-ventilated room will help speed up the process.
Can I use a Sealy mattress on an old base?
Yes. Providing your bed base is the correct size, can support the weight of your mattress and is in good working condition, you can use your existing base. Our expert bed advisers will be able to answer any questions you might have and help you decide whether your current base will best support your new investment. It is important to consider that bed bases undergo the same amount of stress as a mattress. Changing your base at the same time as your mattress will help you to achieve a great night’s sleep and will ensure that your new mattress and base fit together perfectly.
Can I use an electric blanket?
All Sealy mattresses are compatible with electric blankets. It is important to carefully read and adhere to the instructions and safety guidelines provided by the electric blanket manufacturer. Please note that Sealy cannot be held responsible for any issues or concerns related to the use of an electric blanket. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, so we encourage you to exercise caution and follow the recommended guidelines provided by the electric blanket manufacturer.
Are their mattresses eco-friendly?
Sealy is a carbon neutral organisation for both production and distribution. Their mattresses combine environmental responsibility with the comfort and quality that customers expect. They are committed to zero landfill meaning customers can be reassured they are buying from a responsible and ethical manufacturer.
Can I buy on finance at Land of Beds?
Yes, and we have a variety of interest free credit and pay monthly options to help you do so.
