Can you deliver exceptional customer service? By exceptional, we mean providing an excellent service to any customer's who are experiencing any complex situations, so it goes without saying that you'll be a great communicator with a tenacity for resolving any concerns comprehensively and quickly, in a way that is positive and helpful to the customer at the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, at times, having to manage multiple channels
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively
- Liaise with suppliers to report any issues and attain the best resolution for the customer
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify and escalate priority issues
Key skills:
- Previous experience in customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical abilities to assess and solve customer problems
